I did work for a moving company; and having deliver'd stoves, freezers, & refrigerators etc. up to third floor apartments for an appliance company out of the Teamster hall in my 20's, I can relate to this comedy.

On one occasion the lady suddenly didn't like the color; so we had to re-crate it and take it back down again...
