Yes that is correct. But insured does not mean free. Some very poor people do get some of their medical bills paid for them, but that just means much higher premiums for the majority of the country all that Obamacare mandates mean is that we are forced to buy health care insurance whether we want to or not. It does nothing to curb the spiraling costs of medical care in this country which drive those premiums.
