I'd think that if somebody had just launched ballistic missiles at me, I might be thinking of eliminating anything really really really dangerous that those fellows could send towards me on top of a ballistic missile the next time.
Especially if my so called friend is going to keep giving those fellows pallets and pallets of yankee greenbacks.
