Plain old notepad 
Usual rules apply - always back up your original in case of error - the slightest thing wrong in the rnd and scr will lead to CTD
And only carry this out when in port - never mid patrol |
Thanks again. I've just finished configuring a few countries and can see them all in the Museum. I'm one happy puppy. Now to add some to the ports and single ships (don't really want to see them in convoy as I don't think it would be very reaslistic) to see what I can see.
BTW they look fantastic thanks a bunch Anvart!
