Thanks for that bigboywooly especially the 1.3 bit as that was really driving me up the wall

I'm going to try and install SHIII Commander 2.6 and see if that will solve the problem even if it means starting a Career from scratch (I'd just started viewing Leprechauns thru my scope) so no big loss there !
