Rub in included in NYGM so you don't need it anymore .Also,NYGM has it's own harbour-traffic so you should loose the one you have already.
About which one to download...it all comes down to your style of playing /preference.I downloaded them both because I can't really choose only one to play,and they can't be combined
.You should do the same thing-dwld them both and see which one you like more or if you want to play them both .If you don't have the time/speed/nerves to dwld them both,look trough the manuals/faqs of both mods and decide which one you like best.
