Im sorry i actually found a fix for it and other things thats been bugging me but i didn't found game changing.
after posting this i took a long shower and thought of what i might be missing and stayed up all night searching trough threads until i found one with the similar problem. all i needed was a 4G patch! i know SH3 needed it but not SH4 also. i put it on the .exe and it fixed the glare/lighting inside the sub and other things like a weird crash when loading it and missing terrain around pearl harbor when spawning.
i was trying to delete the thread so there is no confusing but if im being honest i dont know how to navigate on a website that was 7 years old when i was born
