i wonder from where does SH4 get the captain's names at the start of a career?
i scoured CareerStart and every other file in the UPCCampaignData folder, plus CrewData folder and Localization file but i've had no luck.

i know how to change it once i generate the boat but i have always wondered from where do they draw the initial names.

any hints?

p.s. I found it. in my despair, i remembered that i had a license for 010Editor whose abilities border on magical.
