The Ukrainian president should bypass the supreme commander of the armed forces, Valeriy Zalushny. This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing anonymous sources. Zelensky would maintain "parallel lines of communication" with the heads of some military departments instead of communicating with Saluzhny, it is said.
