I’m going to meet a shipmate of mine I haven’t seen in over twenty years. What’s a friendly light hearted (or not) derogatory comment, and when the sheet hits the fan, admiring comment to make about a Brit born cannon cocker sailor from Cornwall?
Keep in mind we’re better than best friends, we’re shipmates so no holds barred. We served together, and we intend to get whiskey bent and hell bound telling sea stories and ‘sheet’ talk about how much better things were back in the day until the wee hours starting tomorrow about 1 pm EST.
He always gives me sheet about being Norse so I want to fire a HMS Victory 32 pounder broadside right back at him.
