it was the convoy attack training mission & the personnel were raw recruits if I remember correctly. Will upgrade my helmsmen for the actual patrol.
I will reinstall GW over my current install to change that targeting option. Makes me mad cause I looked right at it, new what it was then decided, 'well let's try out the default install'.
