Good question. I heard this first in 2020 and maybe I even wrote about this somewhere here.
When I looked for proof now I was astonished that a lot of websites' info were new from september/october 2023, apparently surfacing again for the new election "war".
Back then it was taken as a "fact", now in 2023 it is said that Trump never said it. He probably also never said
"I never said what I said", but you know what people say.
And indeed I found no hint or real proof
now anymore, apart from his general denigrating remarks about all he does not like. At least in the moment he says it.
He does not think before he says anything, and maybe he does not even really mean it in the long run.
Still, more publicity for him again. He'll like it
