Minor update
Version 2.7:
-added new binocular.
-added an optional bincoular with plastic cover.
-fixed torpdeo dials and salvo selectors were in wrong color.
-minor tweaking.
Default binocular
binocular with plastic cover, i guess it looks better during winter patrols
