Not sure what the highest rank ingame is but its related to your renown

RankLevel0=0; SCORE
RankLevel1=5000; SCORE
RankLevel2=15000; SCORE
RankLevel3=25000; SCORE

With 420k of shipping tho you should have plenty of that
