growth. According to that study the biggest problem is in poorer countries where there are higher infant mortality rates and shorter life spans. People in those countries tend to have a great many more children to compensate. If better healthcare which includes vaccinations can be provided people would likely live healthy longer lives and have no need to produce as many children.
