Whew. Just finished my first war patrol. It was wildly successful, but took 6 real time hours. Managed to sink a 10k ton Polish ship literally an hour after the war started, which was a great omen.

I actually did run OneAlex before this setup. It's the easiest supermod to get going, just download and go. Looked great and had no issues. It was a bit more difficult than I could cope with, though. When I got jumped by 4 DDs, managed to evade them for multiple real-time hours, only for two of them to run off and come back with MORE DDs.. yeah, in 80m of water there wasn't much I could do to disengage. Even at 50rpm and running silent.

When my skill level goes up, I'll try again.
