All I know is Arabic speakers were in France over 1300 years ago so they have every right to invade/migrate and create new borders within France. Maybe the UN can accommodate this to ensure a peaceful resolution. Of course if France refuses then maybe these Arabic speakers should initiate a Special Military Operation and launch cluster munitions at Frenchmen until they submit. And if the French fight back then they should be condemned for not negotiating peace.
