In this case, the stalker had shown he was a serious threat a
thousand times over. I mean, I can clearly tell the man is deranged from all the calls and stalking. There's no reason to allow him to set the date and time of the confrontation. If the State won't protect me, I certainly will.
In short, if you act crazy and threatening to me, don't be surprised if I act pretty crazy and dangerous right back.
