World leaders are meeting at the Munich Security Conference, as issues including Ukraine war and US-China relations dominate headlines.

Speaking at the event, US Vice-President Kamala Harris said her country had formally determined that Russia has committed crimes against humanity in Ukraine.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has urged world leaders to "double down" on military support for Kyiv by providing Nato-standard capabilities.

Sunak is also expected to meet European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen in an effort to secure a new post-Brexit trade deal for Northern Ireland.
