It was a sunny day and thus a sunny bicylce ride to my parents on the other side of the city, and I then prepared Turkish pita bread au gratin with a wok-fried filling based on fish, Feta sheep cheese, vegetables, and Gyros spice. My own creation.
Afterwards there came my Mum with hand-baked
Dresdner Eierschecken (
LINK), one of my favourite cakes. I ate an extra piece for each of you, since you kindly could not join the frenzy.
Freixenet sparkling wine, and coffee, and Baileys in three different tastes, and the glasses always were full nevertheless.
No further meals are planned for the rest of the week. LOL
