A rare movie, and not the best print, but...beggars can't be choosers I guess.
Based on the stage play of the same name. In the play it's Pizarro's page Martin, now an old man, recounting his association with Pizarro.
But the film is from Pizarro's perspective ( a nice twist ). No spoiiers here

Great authentic costumes/armour, and filmed on location in Spain and Peru. Beautiful scenery
and music.
Great actors :- Robert Shaw, Christopher Plummer, Nigel Davenport, Michael Craig.
An intelligent movie with clever dialogue and great acting.
