"I have spoken to Putin only once and that was about 18 months ago. The subject matter was space," Mr Musk tweeted.

Last week, the Tesla CEO asked his 107.7 million followers to vote on ways to resolve the Ukraine war.

The suggestions included a proposal to hold votes in parts of Ukraine occupied by Russia that the Kremlin says it has annexed. His comments were welcomed by Moscow.

The multi-billionaire said: "Russia leaves if that is will of the people."

I'm sure Elon Musk thinks everyone is stupid enough to believe that he isn't in contact with Putrid. Right after his " alleged " conversations, Elon put forth his ideas for the Ukraine to achieve peace. Elon's idea is just a little less than the total capitulation of the Ukraine. Then, Elon's Star link internet setup that the Ukraine is using for communication went down. Elon has admitted he is denying it's use to the Ukraine just when it needs it the most.

We believe you, Elon. No matter how much you lie.
