Well all of the ports along the way have anchors, there is not a big star with anchor or what not. I'd just hate to go all the way to PH and find out that I can't end my patrol. Only one way to find out.

just reload the saved mission and scroll over to the Pacific and look at all of the base icons for a fouled anchor at an angle.

i think your home base was moved to the Pacific. it's a SWAG but i still think it.
