Yes, to ensure compatibility with NYGM, I had to "remove" the SH3Cmdr PLAYER_RENOWN settings. SH3Cmdr used the original RUb settings, which provided more realistic* promotions (sooner - yes, sometimes history can work in the player's favour!
) and medals (longer - well, one out of two).
You can get the "traditional" SH3Cmdr settings back by opening "Static settings.cfg" and removing the semicolons from the begining of the 14 PLAYER_RENOWN lines. Note though, that I do not know what impact this will have in NYGM.
