There are several things you can try.
Disable Autorun. Download and install TweakUI:

Start it, go to My Computer, Autoplay, Drives, deselect your CD ROM and click Apply. Then go to My Computer, Autoplay, Types and deselect Enable Autoplay for CD and DVD drivers, click Apply. Exit the program, reboot and try to install SH3.
Update/reinstall the chipset drivers of your board:

If that helped your next problem will be that the version of Starforce that comes with SH3 doesnīt run under WinXP 64-bit, so you canīt start SH3. There is no official solution for that. Use Google to find a fix.
