"Is-Was Attacking Instrument", developed by Captain Nasmith, later Admiral Sir Martin Eric Dunbar-Nasmith. Call it what you will, it's all basically the same and usable for SH4 as well as for every other Naval Sim firing with torpedoes at something.
And for all ol' new and new ol' sailors in SH3 or 4 being at a loss in view of this greatly animated Whizz Wheel, there's a downloadable PDF manual by Kapitänleutnant (Kaleu/Lieutenant/Cpt) Hähl of March, 2008 around, so for almost 15 years. Almost. Time flies.
