Xerxes' Rank Screen Fix
WORKS WITH ANY MOD THAT DOESN'T EDIT THE CAPTAIN'S ROOM
This mod, simply put, fixes the link from the captain's photograph in the office, to the rank page, and adds descriptions to the page.
The real work was done by fred8615, who actually fixed the thing, I just isolated the fix, and wrote the descriptions.
This should work with JSGME, but no promises.
