I should not generalize

However every time I hear about some huge project and Italy in one sentence it always is problem-Denmark had huge Problem with Italy when they had to create and build the next generation train IC4 to Denmark. During the build of the new Airport train station the Italian was back 6-8 month(the opening was postpone a few times)
