As a rule of thumbs I multiply Ukrainian claims on own losses by 1.5, and I divide Ukrainian claims for Russian losses by 1.5.

Factor 1.5 just by tendency - there is no further argument to claim any precision that we cannot be sure of.The Ukraine also wages propaganda - it just does a much better and more subtle job in that than the Russian fascists with their hate-dripping murderous rants.
