Dont take it so literally. The word is hilarious in German. Even our press mocks it. There is "Beinträchtigung" (see here: https://dict.leo.org/englisch-deutsc...%C3%A4chtigung ), and there is "Schaden" (damage), but not both combined in one word, that is a linguistic contorsion.
