made no difference. still didn't get promoted after a successful mission (3 pts and an award).
i don't think anything but a re-design will work.
i'll bet if i change my rank to LtCDR and have a successful next mission, i'll be promoted to CDR.

lol If it comes down to betting on whether SH 4 will be FUBAR, I bet it will. I am at the end of my rope with this sim far as modding lol, what a mess.
