Ok the only way to do this (and you have to be comfortable using SH3 Mini Tweeker http://www.delraydepot.com/tt/sh3sdk.htm )

The file you will need to edit is cameras.dat (tweek file cameras_dat.txt)

The catagory you want i think is FreeCamera FreeMove.

The rest you will have to figure out for yourself

Btw ya should have posted this in the SH3 Mods Workshop forum as this is a modding question
