John, in Win10, you "Search" on "Turn Windows Features On and Off", and noodle with the 'tree' there for "dotNetFramework 3.5 (includes 2.0 adn 2.1", or some such. I am not sure if that is there anymore in Windows 11 though... If it is, and you can get it to download and install, be sure when you go to do the install, to right click on the msi file and choose "Run as Administrator" for the install, and then change the Properties page for the executable after the install and set it up like you would an SH3 install on the Compatibility tab.
