Ok....I have added some new nations with ships to my sim. They all display properly in the MUSEUM.

My question is what, if anything, do I need to do to ensure that these new nationality ships spawn in game?

Also....does the DefSide.CFG file, in the ROSTER folder, do anything other than determine the individual nation's allegiances and neutrality status in the war at various times?
