Most every nation has Bio labs and they're 59 level 4 spread labs are around the world. The issue becomes of course gain of function, or worse, weaponizing. Russia has weaponized and stockpiled eleven bio-agents known. I think the expectation as Russia gets bogged down in cities is they will use chemical weapons, because they don't have the forces to hold a city. Ukraine's lab is well known in the world community and the World Health Organization has asked Ukraine to destroy any dangerous pathogens in its laboratories. Russia is creating a lot of propaganda from this and I think certain it will be used as some false flag to excuse their future of them if they really get mired up. How the world responds, many experts think NATO, rather than boots on the ground, would go to a full cyber attack. Course, that would result in Russia doing the same and it's just a matter of time before conventional war breaks out. Russia would quickly be devastated unless NATO tries a limited push to prompt Putin to leave. If not, then comes the moment would Putin use tactical nukes on the battlefield.. obviously, it only gets worse from there. Putin's in a spot even if he packed up and left tomorrow. Europe has woken up from globalism and will fully finance NATO, their own defense and detach from oil and economic ties from Russia. The only way Russia survives long term economically is to become a proxy state for China and China is gleefully hoping for that to happen. Course China could jump in fray and that's WW3, but China is too smart for that. Putin has put himself in a lose lose situation and he will choose for himself the course. Russia is showing its claws as they've done in the past, leveling cities with bombings.
