Hmm are you positive mines nets are disabled? Does BOB have mines on surface as does now? If positive they are disabled (does that mean you removed from the campaign?). Then...
Does Battle for Baltic have AI submarines that fire torpedoes? This could explain it, undetected submarine. They are present in TMO and FOTRS now.
