I find the propagandistic lie content much more worrysome than the images. It turns the thread into another Putin propaganda platform of which there are already so many in the Western media landscape. And thats why I reported it - not because of the images.
However, in Germany, even the last defenders of NS2 are fleeing their flag. Minister president Manuela Schwesig, head of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (where the pipeline gets dry feet) and one of the loudest opportunistic Putin-understanders and NS2-defenders, has started a process to dismantle the legal body that heads the pipeline project, which has the law form of a foundation, and that means the pipeline now starts to get indeed officially buried once and forever. That tooks some time!
I wonder whether Biden has been lucky, or just indeed acted wisely, when he did not press the Germans over NS2, even when the war had gone hot, and held back US sanctions. What has come of it? He just had to wait for the Germans moving all by themselves, after years, and when they finally did now, he then could fire the US sanctions without causing any rifts and resistence from Germany anymore to make sure the project is dead and stays dead. Clever or lucky, the outcome is the same.
