Hard to say after that time frame. You do have some mods activated that shouldn't be until they're called for in the game historical timeline-wise.
But I'd disable all those mods, including front end and see if just a base GWX install works correctly.
If so, install one mod at a time, testing after each install. Once it quits working correctly, you'll know the source.
