This might be a very dumb question. But I've been wondering for quite some time what SH3 Commander is. I've heard a lot of fuss about this mod and now I really actually wonder what it does :P. Cause I haven't found anything on that yet. Anyhow I'm sorry if I maybe didn't read the text correcty.
