First of all..welcome to the forums
You can play training missions Deckgun/ flakgun, torpedo attacks and Navigation..then a quick mission with a convoy attack combining all the training you have just completed.
There some tutorial videos floating around somewhere that you can download, i'm sure one of the guys in this great comunity can give you the links..enjoy your stay and Happy hunting
