A year or so ago, there was a free mod with a Gato class sub (which I think was a type IX) and a couple or so missions in the pacific. I think Ubisoft pulled the plug on it because they were going to have a pacific campaign in SHIV. I suspect "Seawolves" has "borrowed" this mod as they have "borrowed" many others.
It sucks.
I suggest waiting for SHIV and give your money to Ubisoft so they can continue developing real games
