I have a friend who was originally from Texas. He told me in Texas, there is a " needed to be killed law."

If in fact, someone committed this transgression, they needed to appear in court as is normal.

However, when asked, a defendant need only respond, they needed to be killed. If sufficient evidence is presented and a judge or jury agrees that that individual " needed to be killed " you are all good.

I wonder if Neal in Texas can expand a bit on this " law. "

I remember I looked at my friend when he told me that and we both started laughing.
