Just more click bait conspiracy theories.

Just an FYI the Russia ammo ban is fairly old news. I’m not a member of the NRA and I really don’t care what their claims are. I own and at times shoot an old Mauser K43, an old Soviet TT33, a .38 snub nose and a .45 colt Single Action Army, a Rossi pump action .22 and a Ruger .22 bull barrel. None of which have ever depended on Russian made ammo. There are a truckload of other manufactures out there and I’d bet all are likely eager to meet any new demand. Though I do reload my own so I’m not really dependent on them either.
