I have an old test mod AI_Crew for AI subs... for the animation of watch Team (+ gunners), I used game files of the behavior for this category of the sailors. For Crew on deck you can find ready-made rigs for standing sailors and for saluting sailors, attach them to the available game models... and then cut from animations the necessary sequences of poses... You can uses the keyboards command(s) for make sailors salute... and so on. But I didn't finish the old mod... and I won't do a new one... there is neither time nor desire.
P.S.
By the way... in many videos and pictures I see a defective Head4... I think that no one will prevent you from downloading a collection of mods called
'NoHaloThroughBody_Head4_HandLooks'. Mods were created in 2006, but have not lost their relevance at the present time. These mods are used in all Gigamods...
