Hey Guys, great news!
The targeting lines were disabled by the game difficulty settings, after docking at Kiel I was able to enable them
So, all my problems are solved (as for today), thank you all for contributing!

PS. Just raided Scapa Flow - 3 destroyers (stationary of course
) sunk, took some damage from the coast defences, on my way to refit and repair, and back to English Coastline!
