Unfortunately that doesn't excuse Zidane's action, even moreso when you're playing your last match and you still have 10 minutes to go where you could make the difference with Trezeguet.
Zidane getting the red card is what in my opinion got the French to loose the match even if they played far better than the Italian team.
Oh well  , to win the world cup you also need a little bit of luck, and yesterday night the Italians got it. |
