Never heard of that one before,
If the computer locks with the sound repeated then a system fault I'd say, but if you can exit the game and the sound is still repeating then I'd say ....... crap who knows, system still!
Shore is a wierd one, you could try running the game with no sound to see if it locks at the same point. It maybe the computer is overloaded (not enough ram) for all the mods you have installed, or thr updating sound drivers/DirectX.
