Since my last post, I have started a new patrol. This time I found some ships on the first patrol without that much trouble and nothing at all on the second.
I then started a new patrol and on my first mission I have found stuff again.
I have seen a patrol of 129 on youtube, they seemed to find ships.
I don't know for sure what is going on but I am guessing that sometimes the RNG gets stuck at no ships.
