I'm asking because when I Rollback and Close without launching I get the message that "No game files will be updated". So I'm wondering if rolling back alone really does anything.
Sorry if this isn't clear...

1. Open SH3Cmdr
2. Press "Rollback SH3" button if button is enabled
3. Press "Close" button
4. Press "Yes" button at message prompt. This message is simply saying that no
new files will be copied into SH3. You've already returned to SH3 the previously backed up files when you pressed the "Rollback SH3" button.
5. Uninstall SH3Cmdr via the usual Add/Remove programs method
6. Open Windows Explorer
7. Navigate to where SH3 Commander was installed
8. Delete everything
BUT SH3Cmdr.ini. SH3Cmdr.ini stores your career details. Delete it, and you'll delete your Commander history and SH3Cmdr settings. This file, and your Personnel Files stored under "My Documents", are NOT deleted when you uninstall SH3Cmdr (also note that any new files added to SH3Cmdr after installing, such as the CSP, are not removed either, hence why this step is necessary).
9. Run SH3Cmdr26.exe
From there you are on your own - just follow the wizard.
