Try
TextFlags=0x4
TextFlags=0x6

I found 1475 occurrences of TextFlag= in the Stock menu_1024_768.ini
(010 is your Friend for stuff like that!)

Not a single one uses a Letter such as 0xA 0xB and so forth.
Could be an invalid statement.
